1 WHO WE ARE
We are Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe BV ('MLE'), Hefbrugweg 77, 1332 AM Almere, The Netherlands. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data. MLE manages and controls the website, social media presence and the central customer database for EMEA. The data controller is hereinafter referred to as 'MLE' or 'we'. Under our various brands, MLE offers a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art counterbalanced trucks and warehouse equipment, intelligent solutions and customer-oriented services for the material handling and logistics industry.
2 TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
2.1 We collect and process the following categories of personal data for the services we offer:

Categories of data: The data we use for our surveys includes your postal code and country of origin, technical information that we receive when you visit one of our websites, the data that we collect via cookies, personal preferences and data that you use online or share with us via social networks. For statistical surveys, we only use aggregated data that is not associated with your name and email address.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in using your personal data for statistical purposes. 6 SECURITY AND RETENTION
6.1 MLE ensures that your personal data is secured using technical and organizational measures in such a way that it is protected against unauthorized and unlawful use, modification, unauthorized access and disclosure as well as accidental or intentional destruction and loss.
7 INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA
7.1 MLE may transfer your personal data to countries other than your country of residence (including countries outside the European Economic Area). The laws of these countries may not provide the same level of protection for your personal information.

7.2 MLE will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to comply with the requirements for international transfers of personal data under applicable data protection laws. For the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, MLE can apply standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission as protective measures (see Art. 46 GDPR).
8 YOUR RIGHTS
8.1 You can contact our contact person (see below) to exercise any rights granted to you under applicable data protection laws. These include (1) the right to access your data, (2) to rectify it, (3) to delete it, (4) to restrict the processing of your data, (5) the right to data portability and (6) the right to object to the processing.
You are welcome to ask us whether we are processing your personal data and if so, you will be given access to a copy of it. If we comply with your access request, you will receive additional information from us, such as B. with regard to the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned and all other information that you need to assert this right.
Right to Rectification

8.3 We may have the right to refuse or limit your rights as described above. In any case, we will carefully check whether such an exception applies and inform you accordingly.
