We are Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe BV ('MLE'), Hefbrugweg 77, 1332 AM Almere, The Netherlands. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data. MLE manages and controls the website, social media presence and the central customer database for EMEA. The data controller is hereinafter referred to as 'MLE' or 'we'. You can reach us via info@mitsubishi-forklift.co.uk .

MLE is an international trading company that combines the strengths and heritage of some of the world's biggest names in engineering and technology.

Under our various brands, MLE offers a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art counterbalanced trucks and warehouse equipment, intelligent solutions and customer-oriented services for the material handling and logistics industry.

6 SECURITY AND RETENTION

8 YOUR RIGHTS

8.1 You can contact our contact person (see below) to exercise any rights granted to you under applicable data protection laws. These include (1) the right to access your data, (2) to rectify it, (3) to delete it, (4) to restrict the processing of your data, (5) the right to data portability and (6) the right to object to the processing.
